Hand us your current control panel login or a backup archive. We rebuild the sites, databases, mailboxes, and cron jobs here, put them on a preview URL, and wait for you to confirm everything looks right before any DNS changes.

Yes. We do not run promotional first-year pricing, so there is nothing to expire. If we ever have to change list pricing because our own costs change, existing customers keep their rate for at least twelve months from the announcement and we tell you by email, not by invoice.
After you sign up, open a migration request in your client area with your current host's control panel login or a backup file. We copy the sites, databases, mailboxes, and cron jobs, stand them up on a temporary URL for you to check, and only then ask you to point DNS. Most single-site moves finish within one business day.
There is no charge, and no limit on the number of sites for your plan tier.
Full your hosting control panel, with your own login. File manager, phpMyAdmin, email accounts, cron, DNS zone editor, one-click installers, and Let's Encrypt SSL management are all there. Nothing is hidden behind a support ticket.
On Cirrus and Cumulus you can host sites you manage for clients under your own account. If you want separate your hosting control panel accounts per client with their own logins and billing, that is reseller territory — talk to us and we will size it properly rather than sell you a shared plan that will not fit.
We email you at 80% and again at 95%. Nothing gets suspended or deleted for a soft overage; we would rather talk about the right plan than take your site down. Sustained overages need an upgrade, prorated to the day.
Most of what we host is WordPress. Every plan includes server-level caching, automatic core security updates if you want them, staging on Cumulus and above, and WP-CLI on Stratus. We will also debug a plugin conflict for you rather than telling you it is an application issue.
No spam, no phishing, no malware distribution, no cryptocurrency mining, and no using a shared plan as a file-storage backend. The full list is in our acceptable use policy. Shared hosting is a shared neighbourhood and we police it so your site stays fast.
